Royal Oaks Estates swim and tennis community is located in Gwinnett County, GA, between the cities of Suwanee and Sugar Hill. Our kids attend Gwinnett County schools, part of the largest (and widely regarded as the finest) educational system in the state of Georgia.

Suwanee, GA was recognized by Money Magazine as one of the country's Top 10 Best Small Communities in 2007. We have more than 500 acres of parkland and miles of walking and biking trails, much of which was preserved and created by the City of Suwanee through an award-winning open space initiative.

How to Find Us

Part of the booming I-85 corridor running northeast between Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC, the town of Suwanee is conveniently close to banking and commerce centers, but surrounded by green space and places to relax and play. Atlanta is 30 miles southwest down I-85; the world's busiest airport, Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International, is 45 minutes away and accessible by MARTA, our rapid transit.
