Royal Oaks Directory
Neighbors, Do We Have Your Up-to-Date Info?
Royal Oaks is maintaining an electronic directory of our residents so that we
may communicate breaking news from the Homeowners' Board, keep the COPS captains
up-to-date with phone numbers, etc. If you haven't updated your information
recently, (esp. email addresses,) please take a moment now and fill out a
Resident's
Information form. The Directory is NOT published online, for privacy
and safety reasons.
Welcome Newcomers!
If you are new to the neighborhood, we would love to have your contact
information so we can welcome you to Royal Oaks. The
Resident's
Information Form is used by the Social Director to put together activities
for kids and adults, by the COPS captains to issue crime alerts, and by the
Board to notify you of meetings and issues of concern to all residents.
While you're at it, please fill out the
Pet Registry form.
In the event your pet wanders off, we can help you find them. Carmela has
returned numerous animals to their homes because of this directory.
Want a Copy of the Directory?
If you want to receive a directory in PDF* format, just send an email to the
following that includes your name and address, so that we can confirm
your homeowner dues status, and we will email the current issue to you. The
email address to request a directory is .
We make every effort to protect your privacy. Receipt of a directory is
subject to the following rules:
- You MUST be a resident of Royal Oaks Estates;
- Your homeowner dues MUST be current.
- The Directory may NOT be used for commercial purposes or
solicitations.
- The information may NOT be sold, bartered, traded or given to
non-residents or residents not in good-standing. If we find out you have
violated this policy, you will be banned from receiving all future
Directories.
