2012 Homeowners' Association Dues are payable NOW. Interest penalties will be added to overdue balances after January 30th.

Pay by Credit Card

You may pay your Royal Oaks Estates Homeowners' Association (ROEHA) dues with a credit card or online check by choosing the link below. The payment will go through PayPal and there is a $17.25 fee for this service. (You do NOT have to join PayPal to use your credit card or e-check.)

Don't want to pay the processing fee? Drop off a check payable to ROEHA to any Board Member. You may also mail your check to the Treasurer at our Royal Oaks post office address:

$500.00 2012 Dues    $17.25 Credit Card Processing Fee*  $517.25 Total Payment *May appear on your charge as a shipping/handling fee, but it's to offset the cost of processing the credit card.
