The Royal Oaks amenities are available for the
use of any resident in good-standing. Good-standing means that
dues are current and there are no actions against the homeowner
or their property. Please remember - GLASS
BOTTLES are prohibited on the courts or around the pool. Tennis
Tennis courts are
available on a first-come, first-served basis for homeowners in
good-standing and their guests. There is no charge to use the
courts but the homeowner must be present. You may reserve a
court by contacting the Tennis Coordinator.
Homeowners whose dues are not up-to-date may not
use the courts. Please don't embarrass yourself or your family
members by using the courts, as you will be asked to leave.
Pool
When summer arrives and the temps go up, the
Royal Oaks pool
is the place to
be! A big “thank you” to everyone for keeping the pool clean and
a welcome place to gather throughout the week and weekends!
Guests of residents are always welcome. They
MUST, however, be accompanied by the resident while at the pool.
Also, please remember that children under the age of 14
must always be accompanied by an adult, since no
lifeguard is present. Children are not allowed in the pool
unsupervised.
The pool is open without charge to homeowners in
good-standing and their families. Homeowners and their family
members whose dues are not up-to-date may not use the pool and
will be asked to leave.
Pool Rules
We have some common-sense rules with which
everyone must comply, for the safety of all. We don't want you
to get hurt! The rules are posted on the tool building by the
entrance gate. Please take a moment and read them. Anyone
who does not obey these rules will be asked to leave.
Clubhouse
If you're having a birthday party, anniversary,
or any special get-together, consider reserving our beautiful
Royal Oaks Clubhouse
for your
event. The clubhouse, built in 2004, is available for rental at
$35/day. It is air conditioned and includes the following:

Modern kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave
and sink, (but no stove) lets you cater your event with ease.

Covered porch on one end of the clubhouse
overlooks kids' playground.

Dedicated private bathroom means your event is
separate from the pool changing area.

Folding tables and chairs are included. (Check
with the Clubhouse Coordinator to be sure of the number
available. You may need to rent additional for a large group.)
How to Reserve the Clubhouse
Usage and Cleaning Fees:
A $75 refundable damage deposit and the $35/day rental fee are
required when you reserve your date. Your date is not reserved
until payment has been received!
